Now Scandinavian cuisine is experiencing a new birth and over the past decade has won

recognition and love all over the world. After an abundance of tastings, workshops, visits to

markets and shops of modern and traditional dishes , decor and textiles. Of course, we will have

free time to feel the spirit of Scandinavia and truly become not only gastronomic experts, but also

true Scandinavians with knowledge of all the subtleties of the northern cuisine.

Day 1

Start Point

Stockholm,

Sweden

Arrival at Stockholm airport. Meet and greet service. Private transfer to the hotel.

Check-in at theHotel 4* or 5*;

Meeting with a guide in the hotel lobby and the beginning of a gastronomic tour combined with a

city tour of Stockholm*;

In just a few hours, we will discover modern and traditional Sweden. We will visit the old grocery

market, where third generation of local farmers sell fresh fish , cheeses, meat and vegetables. In

the market, we try cheese, elk meat – a Swedish specialty;

Lunch* in a cozy restaurant with traditional meat dishes. We advise you to try Swedish meatballs

with lingonberry sauce, which have become world famous, pea soup and pancake and lingonberry

jam After we visit the local bakery with a beautiful seaview, open kitchen and fantastic smells and we

will try the famous Swedish cinnamon buns;

Free time to walk

Dinner* at the restaurantOaxen Krog 2** , marked by a Michelin guide. Luxury restaurant in the

southern part of the Stockholm archipelago, located on the island of Oaxen . The restaurant was

founded in 1994 and 5 years in a row is considered one of the 50 the best restaurants in the world

according to William Reed Business Media Return to the hotel;

Day 2

Breakfast in the hotel;

Meeting with a guide in the hotel lobby for a shopping tour*. We will go to find traditional Swedish

souvenirs, tableware, jewelry and decor. Depending on your preferences the tour can be

customized to your interests.

Lunch* at one of the traditional Swedish restaurants, where we can try marinated salmon, rice

pudding with almonds and other Swedish specialties

Sweden is famous for its high quality beer, so we will go to the city of Sigtuna to a microbrewery*,

where we learn the technology, and of course try the local beer with traditional snacks;

After the brewery tour we will walk around the beautiful city of Sigtuna.

Return to Stockholm;

Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3

Breakfast in the hotel;

Meeting with a guide in the hotel lobby and start your day with the beautiful archipelago tour by

boat*. Stockholm is famous for its beautiful shore line and you can enjoy the view on a group or a

private tour by yacht

You can have lunch* on the board or in the local restaurant in the city center

After lunch you will have some free time to walk around the city and your driver will transfer you to

the cooking master class*. The chef will introduce the classical Swedish cuisine and food traditions

and you will cook a traditional meat and berry sauces dishes ( individual master class ) ;

Dinner* from cooked disheswith a glass of Swedish wine ;

Return to the hotel;

Overnight at the hotel.
